I ordered from thecalfbuster.com and the whole shipping experience was frustrating from start to finish. The tracking barely seemed to move for days, and every time I checked it, it felt like nothing had changed or there was no useful information at all. The package ended up arriving way later than I expected, and the annoying part was that I had to keep checking for updates myself because I never really got any clear notice about what was going on or why it was delayed. I understand that shipping delays happen sometimes, but a little communication would have made it a lot less irritating. Based on this experience, I don’t think I’d order again if delivery is going to be this slow and unclear.

I was disappointed with this. The build feels kind of cheap, and mine started coming apart after just a few uses, which, is not great. For the price, I expected it to hold up a lot better. Definitely not something I’d buy again.

I had to send back a calf brace because I messed up and ordered the wrong size. Customer service did get back to me quickly and explained the return steps, so that part wasn’t really a hassle.

The only annoying part was the refund taking a few days longer than I thought it would. It eventually showed up, but I was definitely starting to wonder. Overall, thecalfbuster.com was okay and I’d probably use them again, but the refund wait left me a little frustrated.

It fits me alright, but it took a little while to get used to. The comfort is just okay, not terrible, but definitely not great either. After wearing it for a while, it starts to feel a bit tight around my calf, which is disappointing. I’ll probably still use it, but I do wish the fit was better, and I feel like an apology would be fair since it’s not as comfortable as I expected...
